RIHA Journal is currently co-financed by the International Association of Research Institutes in the History of Art (RIHA) and the Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte in Munich.
From January 2013 to June 2016, funding for translations and technical improvements ("Expansionshilfe") has been kindly provided by the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, DFG).
In addition, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Portugal, is generously supporting the editorial processes with a grant over the period 2014-2016.
The initial funding for the establishment of RIHA Journal from December 2008 to December 2012 was provided by the German Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media (Der Beauftragte der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien, BKM).
On this website, RIHA Journal publishes research findings and information to the best of its knowledge and after careful control of the contents.
